Before You Ask
Not at all. Most of our probe networks and dashboards drop in over a weekend with the pit still running its normal loads. We run clean cable, mount nothing that blocks a firebox door, and schedule the wiring for the slowest hours so your weekend rib slate is never disturbed.
That is a fine starting point. BFE BBQ LLC builds on what you already trust, wiring new probes and readouts to your existing controllers or registers rather than forcing a full replacement. If equipment must retire, we tell you plainly and line up the swap around your menu.
Our HACCP records are built from the same temperature and cook histories your crew already watches, written into clean, time-stamped logbooks with plain labels. We have stood beside audits before and will gladly walk your inspector through the record so nothing reads like a mystery ledger.
